Safal Abhiyan
In the heart of the Gandaki region, the Safal Abhiyan initiative stands as a lighthouse of progress and sustainability within the dairy industry. At Sujal Dairy, we are proud to highlight our commitment to this transformative project, illustrating our dedication to enhancing the lives and livelihoods of local communities.
Our Mission
Safal Abhiyan is designed to foster livelihood generation at the village level, ensuring economic stability and growth through an assured purchase system for milk.

Our Network

The Dairy Hub Model
This initiative operates under a Dairy Hub model, which facilitates the collection of milk from nearby areas and centralizes it at local hubs. Our inaugural hub in Sisuwa, Kaski Pokhara, has already made significant steps towards streamlining the milk supply chain, ensuring efficiency and quality from collection to processing.

Support for Farmers
Cattle Feed
Behind our operations is a strong support system for local farmers, which includes the provision of high-quality, affordably priced cattle feed. This ensures that livestock receive optimal nutrition, directly influencing the quality of milk produced.
Veterinary Support
Moreover, guidance through the veterinary support services ensures the health and well-being of the animals, further enhancing milk yield and quality.

Innovation in Animal Husbandry
Innovation in animal husbandry practices is another cornerstone of Safal Abhiyan. Techniques such as ensuring adequate water supply, untying animals to reduce stress, and protecting them from heat stress are employed to lower the cost of milk production. These practices not only improve the welfare of the animals but also lead to more sustainable farming practices.

Empowering Women
Central to our approach is the empowerment of women, who are pivotal to the dairy activities in their communities. By involving women in key roles, we not only enhance their economic status but also promote gender equality within the region. Additionally, facilitating the opening of bank accounts for these women ensures they gain financial independence and recognition, further solidifying their role in the local economy.
Our Vision
With these comprehensive measures, Safal Abhiyan aims to produce one lakh litres of milk daily in the Gandaki region alone. This not only meets local demand but also sets the stage for a sustainable, prosperous future for the entire community. Through Sujal Dairy's Safal Abhiyan, we are not just producing milk; we are nurturing a community, fostering an environment of growth and sustainability, and writing a new chapter in the story of Gandaki.
